Season Pass and billing
Season Pass
Section titled “Season Pass”One payment covers every hub for the whole season, for all the leagues on your Sleeper account. Checkout runs through Stripe; access is live as soon as payment clears. The app stores only the customer reference it needs to recognise the payment, never card details.
Trials
Section titled “Trials”A trial code is entered as your invite code when you register. The clock starts at registration and the trial ends after the number of hours the code was issued for. Everything is unlocked during the trial.
Add-ons
Section titled “Add-ons”Co-manager access is $5 per season per grant and gives one trusted account delegate powers in one league. See Give a co-manager access.
Cancelling and refunds
Section titled “Cancelling and refunds”A Season Pass runs to the end of the season and does not renew unless you choose to buy the next one. For refund questions contact support from Account → Report a Bug and include the email on the account.
