Run a dispersal draft

1. Open Commish → Dispersal Draft, choose the league and click Load Teams.
2. Mark the teams that are leaving. Their players and picks form the veteran pool.
3. The tool sets up a supplemental draft for the incoming owners with the order and rounds configured. Your existing rookie draft is never modified.
4. Run the draft; values are shown as picks are made so the new owners can see what they are choosing between.

The source league is read-only throughout. Nothing is written back to it.
